Application Procedure
Made up your mind to kick-start your journey to success with one of the world’s first computer science and game design schools? Let’s get started on your 4-step application process!
Application Form
Download and fill out the application form with your
particulars. You can submit it via online, email, by courier
or in person at The One Academy.
Evidence Submission
Please prepare to attach application documents and items (i.e.
academic records, results, transcripts and certificates),
English Language qualification (e.g. IELTS, TOEFL),
passport-sized photograph, NRIC/full Passport, school
leaving/completion certificate and etc. Refer to the relevant
guides below for the complete list.
Payment (attach with proof of payment)
Initial Payment for registration fee of RM500/USD125 and
tuition deposit of RM1,500/USD375 (non-refundable,
non-transferable). Additional information (only applicable to
international students):
- Student Pass/Visa Processing Fee of RM2,200 (non-refundable, non-transferable)
- Student Pass/Visa Processing Fee of RM3,000 (Indonesian citizens – 2 years, non-refundable, non-transferable)
Your Offer Notification
Once your application has been assessed you will be notified
of its outcome.
If your application to study at The One Academy is successful, you will be offered a place. Offers are sent to applicants via email, so it is important that you provide us with a valid email address to ensure that you receive the information. Please allow 5 working days. If your application is not successful, we will only refund your tuition deposit of RM1,500/USD375.
